- Copy of valid certificates for special groups from the National Treasury
- Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority
- CR12 where applicable
- Copy of valid business permit
- ETR / eTIMS compliance
- Certificate of registration with relevant regulatory bodies where applicable
